Our registrants legally can't opt out of most of what we send. How does that work in Envoke?

Mandatory messaging is a separate designation from opt-in subscriptions. It reaches every recipient marked as mandatory, regardless of subscription status, with no unsubscribe link required.

What happens if a registrant doesn't want to receive a mandatory message?

They submit a request to be removed, explaining why. Your team reviews and decides; it’s never automatic, and it never silently opts them out.

Can we prove we actually sent a required notice if a registrant disputes it?

Yes. Envoke logs delivery and consent history, so you have a record of what was sent, to whom, and when.

Is our data stored in Canada?

Yes. All data is stored and encrypted on Canadian servers, including disaster recovery, and Envoke’s infrastructure is ISO 27001 certified.

Our contact lists change often. Can we import them easily?
